Common questions
Can I change or cancel my visit?
Yes — in My visits, up to 24 hours before. If you paid online, cancelling refunds you in full. Closer to the time, please call the clinic.
Do I have to pay online?
No. You can pay by card when you book, or at the front desk on the day.
Who sees my intake form?
Only the clinic team — your doctor and the front desk. It's never shown to other patients.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Everything — booking, the intake form and check-in — is made for phones.
What if I'm running late?
Check in as soon as you arrive. The front desk sees everyone in the order they arrived.
